As Area Supervisor for Newline Highways, I lead day-to-day operations across the National Highways Area 7 network — managing multiple crews, coordinating live works, and ensuring that every safety fence installation meets the highest standards of quality and compliance.

With over 12 years of industry experience, I bring practical leadership, deep technical knowledge, and a hands-on approach to every site. From repairs to VRS schemes to operating vacuum excavation plant and delivering safety-critical repairs, I’m focused on precision, productivity, and crew safety at all times.

I’m proud to support and mentor our teams on the ground — briefing operatives, allocating plant and resource, and acting as the link between our field teams and management. As a qualified VRS installer, I also help train and develop new operatives which is something I really enjoy.
