As Founder and Managing Director of Newline Highways, I lead the strategic direction, commercial growth, and operational delivery of a business built on trust, performance, and professional integrity. My role is focused on scaling the company sustainably — overseeing high-level client relationships, securing long-term frameworks, and ensuring our teams deliver to the highest industry standards.

I drive continuous improvement across all departments, from safety and compliance to workforce development and service innovation. By maintaining close partnerships with key clients like Amey and investing in our internal capability, I ensure Newline Highways remains a dependable and forward-thinking contractor within the UK highways sector.

With over 14 years in the industry, I bring a deep understanding of highways infrastructure, particularly in the delivery of VRS solutions. I’ve grown Newline from a start-up to a multi-million-pound business with a directly employed workforce — now recognised for quality, responsiveness, and professionalism.

My leadership is rooted in clarity, accountability, and a belief that culture defines performance. As we continue to grow, my focus remains on building a company that sets the bar for safety, delivery, and how people are treated — both on site and in business.

I built Newline from the tools up, and I never forget where it started. 

Whenever I’m not securing a new framework, investing in our people, or setting the direction for the next phase of growth, my other role in life is spending time with my family, out on my bikes or travelling around Europe.
