B. Maintain a Competent Workforce

  • Ensure all staff and subcontractors receive role-specific safety inductions and training.
  • Maintain a matrix of qualified personnel (first aiders, mental health champions, fire marshals).
  • Invest in CPD, NVQs, and supervisor development to embed SH&W leadership.
